To be eligible to register and use the ph32 Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and on a continuing basis throughout your use of the Platform:
ph32 reserves the right to verify your eligibility at any time by requesting supporting documentation, including but not limited to a government-issued identification card, passport, driver's license, or other proof of identity and age. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within a reasonable time may result in account suspension or closure.
Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) registered account on the ph32 Platform. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms. ph32 reserves the right to close all duplicate accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and to update such information promptly if it changes. ph32 relies on the information you provide to verify your identity, process payments, and comply with applicable regulatory requirements. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is a breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account closure and forfeiture of funds.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any other person. ph32 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure. You must notify ph32 immediately if you suspect any unauthorized use of your account.
ph32 is required by applicable regulations to verify the identity of all players before processing withdrawals. You may be required to submit copies of a valid government-issued photo ID (such as a Philippine national ID, passport, or driver's license), proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership. ph32 may suspend withdrawal processing until verification is satisfactorily completed.
ph32 accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya, BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and other payment methods as may be made available from time to time. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. Deposits made via GCash and PayMaya are processed instantly. Bank transfer deposits may take one (1) to three (3) business hours to reflect in your account balance. ph32 does not charge platform fees on deposits; however, your payment provider may apply its own transaction fees.
Withdrawal requests are processed subject to the completion of identity verification as described in Section 3.4. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200. Withdrawals via GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within fifteen (15) minutes. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically processed within one (1) to six (6) business hours. ph32 does not charge platform fees on withdrawals.
ph32 reserves the right to delay or withhold withdrawal processing in the following circumstances:
All transactions on the ph32 Platform are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). ph32 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your bank or payment provider.
ph32 may offer bonuses, free spins, cashback, and other promotional incentives to players from time to time. All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions that will be communicated at the time the offer is made. In the event of any conflict between the specific bonus terms and these general Terms, the specific bonus terms shall prevail.
Unless otherwise stated in the specific promotion terms, the following general conditions apply to all bonuses offered by ph32:
Wagering requirements specify the number of times a bonus amount must be wagered before a withdrawal can be made. The applicable wagering requirement for each promotion will be clearly stated in the promotion's specific terms. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements; contribution rates by game type will be specified in the relevant promotion terms.
All games available on the ph32 Platform are governed by individual game rules, which are accessible within each game interface. By participating in any game, you agree to be bound by the applicable game rules. In the event of any discrepancy between the game rules and these Terms, these Terms shall prevail except where the game rules specifically address the matter in question.
All game outcomes on ph32 are determined by certified random number generators (RNGs) or, in the case of live dealer games, by the physical outcome of the live game event. ph32 does not manipulate game outcomes. All RNG-based games are independently audited for fairness on a regular basis.
In the event of a technical malfunction, system error, or game interruption, ph32 reserves the right to void affected game rounds and refund the relevant stakes to the player's account. ph32 shall not be liable for any losses arising from technical malfunctions beyond the refund of the affected stake. The decision of ph32 regarding the resolution of technical issues is final.
ph32 is not responsible for losses incurred as a result of internet disconnections, device failures, or other connectivity issues on the player's end. Players are advised to ensure a stable internet connection before commencing play. Where a game round is interrupted due to a disconnection, the outcome will be determined in accordance with the applicable game rules.
The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the ph32 Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may result in immediate account suspension or permanent closure, forfeiture of account balances, and referral to the relevant authorities where applicable:
All content on the ph32 Platform — including but not limited to the ph32 brand name, logo, trademarks, game graphics, software, text, images, audio, video, and the overall look and feel of the Platform — is the exclusive property of ph32 or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform solely for your personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes in accordance with these Terms. You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or otherwise exploit any content from the Platform without the prior written consent of ph32.
ph32 collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which is available at ph32.app/privacy-policy. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and processing of your personal data as described in the Privacy Policy.
ph32 implements industry-standard security measures, including 256-bit SSL encryption, to protect your personal and financial data. However, no method of electronic transmission or storage is completely secure, and ph32 cannot guarantee absolute security.
ph32 may be required to disclose your personal data to regulatory authorities, law enforcement agencies, or other third parties where required by applicable law or regulation, including for the purposes of anti-money laundering (AML) and counter-terrorism financing (CTF) compliance.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, ph32 shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform, including but not limited to loss of profits, loss of data, or loss of goodwill.
ph32's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total amount deposited by you into your ph32 account in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. ph32 makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the Platform's availability, accuracy, reliability, or fitness for a particular purpose.
ph32 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close your account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the following circumstances:
In the event of account closure due to a breach of these Terms, ph32 reserves the right to forfeit any remaining balance in your account. In all other cases of account closure, any verified balance will be returned to you via your registered payment method.
You may close your ph32 account at any time by contacting our customer support team. Upon closure, any verified balance remaining in your account will be processed for withdrawal to your registered payment method, subject to the completion of any outstanding identity verification requirements and the satisfaction of any applicable wagering requirements.

If any provision of these Terms is found to be invalid, unlawful, or unenforceable by a court of competent jurisdiction, that provision shall be severed from the remaining Terms, which shall continue in full force and effect.
ph32 reserves the right to amend, update, or replace these Terms at any time. When material changes are made, ph32 will notify registered players via email or through a prominent notice on the Platform. The updated Terms will display a revised "Last Updated" date at the top of this page.
Your continued use of the Platform following the publication of updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must stop using the Platform and may request account closure in accordance with Section 11.2.
